This funky number by Swiss watch company, Buler was the inspiration to get this blog underway. It belonged to my late father who purchased the watch in South Africa around 1976/77. It’s a fairly low-rent manual wind movement with a very agricultural split-second-style complication that works via a mechanical spring! The case is/was chrome-plated base metal and is . I’m currently looking for a dark blue suede strap to replace the striped NATO. Thanks, Dad – I love it and it still works!
